Pop Restaurant and Bar opens early July in the heart of Brighton. Located inside the luxurious Royal York Hotel, just minutes from the famous Palace Pier.
We will be offering a sumptuous mix of London chic and Bohemian seaside charisma. At Pop you can expect a warm, friendly and relaxed welcome with special attention given to detail. Perfect for a light lunch during the week or a chilled afternoon brunch during the weekend and not forgetting that Brighton institution, the Sunday roast. We are also offering a pre theatre menu. Our location, just minutes from the cities theatre district, makes us the ideal choice. For those with more time to relax and enjoy we have our full evening menu. Our exceptional chefs only use local, fresh ingredients, sourced daily and carefully prepared.
